Cancellation & Refund Policy


(a) In the event that the client chooses to terminate this Agreement prior to submitting the application to the concerned governing body or during the course of processing client agrees that the professional fee is only refundable of 50%. The remaining fees the client has paid is charged as an administrative fee for opening his file and providing detailed advise on file opening.

(b) In the event that VWP Corporate Service Provider chooses to terminate this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of paragraph c below, the full amount of the agreed fees will be non-refundable.; The contract will be cancelled upon notice to the client by VWP Corporate Service Provider of its decision to terminate this Agreement

In the event of a cancellation, all the clients file will be closed and his documents will be returned to the client. No personal data or other information will be stored save the delivery information of the documents to be returned.


a) The clients agrees at all times, to provide all personal, financial, employment ,current registration with any governing body whether in home country or elsewhere and/or other information VWP Corporate Service Provider shall require. The Clients further agrees upon the request of any governing body to provide that body with whatever information may be requested.

b) The client acknowledges that all information requested of him/her pursuant to this paragraph (c) must be disclosed in a timely, accurate, truthful, complete and full manner.


VWP Corporate Service Provider operates a fair purchase policy from any service from our site. We accept that in the following circumstances, VWP Corporate Service Provider will be committed to refunded a client back in full for any amounts paid to us (not including any third party fees)

The Client(s) is liable to claim for a refund in a case where:

a VWP Corporate Service Provider has agreed that the company is satisfied to submit the client’s case after which the client’s case is returned with a negative decision

b Given wrong and untruthful advice with regards to his/her application/case resulting in a negative decision

c Unable to get Visa/Migration due to the company’s misguidance

d Has incorrectly assessed the clients qualification for the visa/migration service in the first instance

e Has incorrectly made a purchase for a service on our site where the service has not been delivered

The client agrees he will not be issued a refund should the client wish to end their agreement with the company and withdraw from the service before the time of VWP Corporate Service Provider submitting the clients Immigration and or Visa application.

The client confirms that before making any purchase that he has read and understands the terms and conditions of this site.

If a refund is issued, we confirm that in line with VWP Corporate Service Provider Terms and Conditions the refund will be made back to the original mode of payment by the client.
